Don’t Give Up on the Dream With Chris Hodges

Don’t Give Up on the Dream With Chris Hodges

Season 1 | Episode 12

Chris Hodges & Todd Mullins - July 20, 2026

In this episode, I sat down with my friend Chris Hodges, founding pastor of Church of the Highlands, for a conversation about faith, legacy, and why we should never stop dreaming.

Episode Notes

Drawing from his new book, Legacy Letters, Chris shared stories from his own journey and reminded me that God often develops our character long before He fulfills the dreams He's placed in our hearts. One thing he said during our conversation that really marked me was, “The dream is free, but the journey isn’t.”

We talked about pursuing God-given dreams with intentionality, discipline, and trust. We also explored how the habits we build today become the legacy we leave tomorrow.

If you've been tempted to give up on a dream, or if you've been wondering if God still has more for your life, I believe this conversation will inspire you to keep believing—and keep becoming.
